More than you think. Are you feeling off track with your health & diet? Like so many of us, we have grown lazy when it comes to taking care of ourselves. We don’t eat well; we don’t exercise, and we put little effort into our health and weight loss goals. If this resonates with you, you’re not alone. If you are sick and tired of being sick and tired it may be time to consider a different approach, a more holistic nutritional approach. Which means looking at the total person, the whole body, from the food you eat to the lifestyle you lead. Because you really are what you eat and THINK!

We have heard it said before, “You are what you eat.” Well unfortunately there is a layer of truth in that statement. The toxins we ingest, and encounter daily affect every cell in our body. Our bodies get loaded down with toxins from the products that we use, the foods we eat, the air we breathe, and the water we drink. I once heard the build-up of toxins in our bodies compared to a dirty fishbowl. The bowl is the outside of your body, and the water represents the water and fluids inside your body. If you don’t change the water, the water gets cloudy and polluted, the fish become less active, become sick, and eventually, well we know what happens. Like the fishbowl, if you don’t take strides to cleanse the body, you will likely begin to feel sluggish, suffer from constipation, and experience weight gain. Toxins, especially pesticides, take up residence in our fatty tissues. That build-up of toxins is one of the reasons that weight loss can elude us.

Our bodies experience a daily bombardment of toxins. Think of your daily routine and consider your exposure to toxins. The average female will use 12 products on her skin every day, each containing at least 10 different chemicals. Our homes are full of cleaning products, fragrances, scented candles, paint, glues, rugs, and room freshening sprays. We breathe vehicle exhaust and commercial pollutants. We eat foods laced with agricultural pesticides, herbicides, insecticides, fertilizers, stabilizers, preservatives, growth hormones, pharmaceuticals, artificial dyes, and flavoring. Our diet consists of unhealthy quantities of saturated fat, white sugar, artificial sweeteners, and processed foods. With so many potential threats to our body, it’s no wonder that we feel sluggish, have regular headaches, have problem skin, slow digestive systems and can’t think clearly.

No one would disagree that our bodies are truly amazing, but they have a big job to do. To my amazement, they continue to function despite all we put it through and with how little we do to maintain it, but let’s face it, most of us have a dirty fishbowl!

It’s time to neutralize all of the toxins that build up in your organs like the kidneys, liver, colon lungs, skin, and lymph nodes. It’s time for purification. Beginning a purification program puts you back in touch with your body. Purification, also known as detoxification, can help you remove toxins from your body and help maintain a healthy weight. Purification is merely the internal cleansing and toxin elimination of your body. Think of it as “spring cleaning” for your insides.

If you have been struggling to lose weight despite many attempts, feel sluggish, experience poor skin, and irregular bowels or are just plain sick of being sick and tired and want to feel healthy again, then it may be time for you to purify your body. The primary reason is to give your body a chance to restore its body systems, its ability to eliminate toxins effortlessly, and restore balance.
