I was depressed, I was isolating from people because I was embarrassed how I looked, and I was very unhappy with myself. Hello, I'm Tammy

I want to take a few minutes and share my 90-Day Challenge journey and why I am so passionate about it. 

When I started my 90-Day Challenge, we had been in a pandemic for almost 12 months. Like many, I had gained some weight, a weight not unfamiliar to me. I had been battling a 20lb weight gain up and down, mostly up, since my 40’s. Losing weight was elusive, keeping it off once I did even more so.  I couldn’t stand the way I looked and felt. I lacked energy and vitality. My desire to eat healthy and cook which I have always loved to do, was missing. I was experiencing back and knee pain. Battling with daily dull headaches. I NEVER woke feeling rested and my cravings for chocolate and coffee were intensifying. I knew I need change. Not just a boost in willpower or motivation I needed to be free of cravings and free of the constant food chatter in my head.  A reset, a lasting one, not another quick fix or something that didn’t address my brain. I took the leap and decided to commit to the 90-Day Challenge. 

And here is what happen….

My first commitment to myself was not to get behind on the daily videos. I knew that would be the death of the program for me.  To my surprise, it was easy to follow, I was listening to my internal dialogue and becoming more conscious about my food choices and WHY I was making those choices. I didn’t tell ANYONE that I was doing this program. If I failed, I did not want anyone to know. But I didn’t fail. Quite the opposite. This program was magical. I know that’s kind of an odd word to use, but I say it was magical, because 3 months flew by and with each day, I enjoyed it more. The freedom I was experiencing from food and the satisfaction I felt with every meal made it easy and repeatable. I stopped looking for my next “food fix”. My mood was lifting, everything just felt lighter and clearer.  I was truly inspired to keep going.

My journey wasn’t all roses it took time. Others in my group, spoke of having zero inflammation, no aches and pains, losing pounds and inches quickly, decreasing their medications or going off completely. The testimonials of success were endless. My weight was slowly creeping down, and my energy well, there were days when I felt out of breath just taking the dog for a walk, but I could tell my body was changing, I remained patient and kept following the program. Then, I started hearing “wow, you look great, what are you doing?” “Your skin looks so good, what are you using?” The best day is when one of my patients said, “you look good, I mean really good- healthy.” That’s what it was about for me. YES. I wanted to lose weight and was most definitely my most motivating factor initially, but I didn’t just lose weight, I got healthy. You could see it in my skin, my hair, my eyes, my attitude and of course my clothes. The best part, I went shopping in my closet. Able to wear clothes that I have not been able to in years. Putting on a pair of pants that I wanted to wear 2 months earlier and looked, well frankly stuffed into, to today able to pull off without unzipping. Do you know what that does for your confidence? 

So here is my hitlist of successes:

  • No more headaches
  • I wake between 5:45 & 6:00am every morning without an alarm feeling rested and ready for my day
  • Significantly less back pain and no knee pain (I think I even stand up straighter)
  • No cravings. Desire sometimes, but it’s my choice to consume or not to consume.
  • Never feel deprived.
  • Super satisfied with my meals. I’m no longer looking for something to excite me or as I like to say, “float my boat”.
  • Diet no longer means what I am taking away, it means the foods that I consume. 
  • OFF coffee but consume occasionally. Can’t believe I don’t even think about it. I used to wake up, my feet would hit the floor and the first thing I thought about was my coffee.
  • Energy, I have energy ALL day, no dips
  • Zest, I found my mojo again
  • Released 15Lbs at the end of the challenge and a whopping 24”. Today I have released a total of 25 LBs and 33.  I am no longer a slave to my scale or attached to a number that I must weigh. My goal, to just keep feeling this good.

There is a difference with this program vs others. Other programs end. At the end of the 90-Day Challenge you will design a blueprint for living/eating healthy. You will never be at a loss for what to eat. You will always be able to choose the “season” as we call them, that you want to be in based on your health goals and lifestyle. The methodology is so revolutionary partly because it doesn’t ask you to limit your body to only one way of eating. Our bodies want ebb and flow. This week, you’ll ease out of Deep Spring before… This week, you’ll transition back into Deep Spring, where your body will be prompted to cleanse and repeat the weight-stabilizing process again. This week, you’ll take the reins 100%. You’ll decide which season you want to move forward with, and how to continue making food decisions that are empowering and never restrictive.

Week 1: Foundations & Emotional Eating.

We start at the beginning: shifting your food mindset and eating behaviors. Week one teaches you why you crave certain foods and hate others. If you’re an emotional eater, yo-yo dieter, or sugarholic you’ll gain huge insights here.

Week 2 – 3: Sugar Transition.

These two weeks are about releasing your dependency on processed sugars. If you’ve been helpless to your sweet tooth, weeks two and three will have those cravings fading fast.

Week 4 – 5: Learning to LOVE The Good Stuff.

During these two weeks, you’ll train your body to love eating only whole, unprocessed foods. WILDFIT is not about shocking your system, which is why every enhancement is gently layered on top of the other. This means you’ll be prepared and ready for each change. This is also when most participants notice that their mood and energy are so significantly improved that they don’t need to rely on caffeine or alcohol like they once did.

Week 6 – 10: Spring.
